Digimon Template


Digimon Name/Nickname: What is your digimon's name or nickname? Most of the time, this is the Digimon's species name.

Digimon Age: How old is your digimon? This can range from days to decades.

Digimon History: What has your digimon done in the past? This has a minimum of 1 paragraph for partner digimon and a minimum of 4 paragraphs for solo digimon.


The First three forms, Egg, Fresh, and In-Training are not required for registration. However, everything after that is. All techniques and powers must be registered in the Digivice section. More information can be found there.


Egg Form

Egg Appearance: What does your digimon's egg look like? A picture is all that is necessary.


Fresh Form

Digimon Species: What species is your digimon at this level?

Fresh Appearance: What does your digimon look like in fresh form? A picture is all that is necessary.

Fresh Personality: What does your digimon act like in its fresh form? Feel free to leave this blank. Most fresh digimon are understood to simply be infantine in nature.


In-Training Form

Digimon Species What species is your digimon at this level?

In-Training Appearance: What does your digimon look like in its In-Training form? A picture is all that is necessary.

In-Training Personality: How does the digimon act when it is in its In-Training form? I'd like 2 sentences for this section, but it is not necessary to fill in.


Rookie Form

Digimon Species: What species is your digimon at this level?

Rookie Appearance: What does your digimon look like at this level? I'd like a minimum of one paragraph for this section.

Rookie Personality: How does your digimon act at this level? I'd like a minimum of one paragraph for this section.


Champion Form

Ultimate Form
