Digimon Skills
Skills
Every Digimon must register a certain number of skills within their Digivice page (more information found there). The skills and their exact definitions can be found here. Every digimon MUST have the two mandatory skills, and are given the option to create a total of three additional skills. Remember!, all skills require payment, so the more you have, the more expensive your digimon is going to be!
Skill Ranks
Stats are not the only things to spend experience on. Skills are also very important to a Digimon, as they can give some pretty nice bonuses in combat, and sometimes, even out. Skills come in five levels and are priced accordingly. Prices don't stack, meaning you must pay the full price for each skill level. To attain full mastery in a skill, it would cost 15,000 points.
Beginner, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced, Master
Beginner: The Digimon has just begun practicing this skill or has just attained it. Although there is not a lot of practice with it, some raw talent can be seen. Costs 1000 Exp
Novice: After a bit of practice, the Digimon has proven that they are sufficient with it. This skill marks the beginning of a steady practicioner. Costs 2000 Exp
Intermediate: Hey, you're getting pretty good at that. The skill level the digimon reveals here is definitely starting to become lethal. And wouldn't you know it, you two are starting to know each other pretty well, too. Costs 3000 Exp
Advanced: Wow. I'm pretty impressed. This skill level marks one who has clearly put a lot of effort into this skill's usage. This is 100% "Above Average". Costs 4000 Exp
Master: A god walks among us. This skill level marks one with indisputable skill. You cannot get better at it because the universe is at its limit, not you. Costs 5000 Exp
Mandatory Skills
Digi-Soul: This skill determines the complexity and power level a digimon may use their ultimate techniques. Certain rankings are required for certain techniques, and digivolution is not possible unless the user has a certain ranking in their Digi-Soul skill.
Data Absorption: This refers to the rate of which a Digimon absorbs data to regenerate themselves. By paying per post using stamina, a Digimon may instantly regenerate their wounds at a price according to theire Data Absorption skill level.
Wounds
Barely - These wounds constitute as bruises, swelling, and maybe a rash. Nothing to talk about.
Surface - Scrapes and cuts belong here. The most severe of which would be lacerations. This damage is when blood is drawn and an open wound is caused. However, these wounds aren't too deep and can be ignored for a while without consequence.
Significant - Broken bones, deep gashes, gushing wounds. This is when an injury is serious and you know it, but still isn't enough to right-out kill you yet.
Lethal - This wound involves punctured nonvital organs, ripped muscles, torn ligaments, and much hampering damage having been done. If not checked soon, these wounds can kill.
Fatal - Headwounds, heartstabs, and very, very lethal wounds belong here. If not checked for IMMEDIATELY, you're GOING to die.
* - Don't mind this asterisk, it's just to stop the 8 from turning into a sunglasses emoticon. That smirk bastard. Replacing my Significant Values.
